This was a pretty simple and fun kit to put together.  Tie Fighters don't have shields and they are purchased in mass and are pretty much considered cannon fodder so it makes sense that they would be dirty and repairs would be functional and wouldn't include proper painting so I dirtied this one up a lot.   Since the larger panels would take a lot of damage in battle from debris, I used a dirty faded black paint to simulate repairs to the panels.
