There is no real reference for Hera having this model of A-Wing. In the cartoon she flew an earlier version based off Mark McQuires Concept Art. The color scheme fits with her earlier A-Wing so it's a plausible concept assuming that she continued to fly for the Rebel Alliance after her adventures in Star Wars: Rebels
I used Model Master Light Grey for the base color. The rest is mostly wallpaper decals I purchased from Cosmos Models. They were difficult to put on but well worth the effort once completed.
The base is a 3D print I found online that was originally a Christmas Tree ornament. I sized it up and provided some chipping to match the heavy were on Hera's A-Wing.
